In this fun and interactive class, learn why mindfulness meditation is such a powerful tool for lasting personal transformation. The class includes findings from the latest research on mindfulness, a video of Jon Kabat-Zinn, pioneer of mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), and some sample meditation techniques. This is also an opportunity to learn about and register for upcoming 8-week mindfulness intensives in the San Francisco Bay Area. At the very least you will come away with a better understanding of what mindfulness is and how it can help you live a happier and more balanced life.
