Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Class Starts February 3rd
The 8-week class in mindfulness-based stress reduction is designed to bring about profound and lasting changes in the way people relate to their lives. It provides participants with practical tools for living life with more ease, presence, wisdom, joy, and effectiveness.

Cancellation Policy: 15 days or earlier from first class: 100% refund; 14 to 8 days: 50%; 7 days or later: no refund. There are no refunds for missed classes. Missed classes cannot be transferred.
