8-Week Mindfulness Class in Rockridge Starts May 3
The 8-week class in mindfulness-based stress reduction is designed to bring about profound and lasting changes in the way people relate to their lives. It provides participants with practical tools for living life with more ease, wisdom, joy, and effectiveness. You will learn skills to cultivate self-compassion, peace, work life balance, and to respond to life’s challenges with greater presence and focus. Learn more about MBSR.
Dates/Time: Tuesday nights, May 3 – July 5, 7-9:30 PM, plus a daylong session on June 25, 10-5:00. NOTE: (No class on May 24 & June 7).
Location: College Avenue Presbyterian Church, 5951 College Avenue, Oakland (3 blocks from Rockridge BART.) See map below.

Cancellation Policy: 15 days or earlier from first class: 100% refund; 14 to 8 days: 50%; 7 days or later: no refund. There are no refunds for missed classes. Missed classes cannot be transferred.
